Delete Your Account

You can delete your Charge Nomad account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you delete your account and want those features again later, you will need to sign up from scratch.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Charge Nomad
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Privacy, then Delete Account
4. Confirm when prompted

Your account and the data stored on your device are removed immediately. If the deletion cannot be completed on our servers, the app tells you rather than reporting success.

If you no longer have the app installed

What is deleted

• Your account and the sign-up record held on our server, including your name, email address and vehicle
• Your profile details and profile photo
• Saved vehicles and vehicle settings
• Favourites, trip history, streaks and savings stats stored on your device
• Any Charge Nomad+ entitlement record

What is kept

• Community contributions. Chargers, notes and ratings you have submitted become part of the shared community map and are not linked back to your account by a permanent ID, so they are not removed automatically. They stay visible so the map remains accurate for other drivers. If you want a specific submission taken down, email us and we will remove it.
• Anything you have emailed us. Support requests and other correspondence stay in our email records. Ask us and we will delete them.
• Purchase records. Charge Nomad+ is billed by Apple or Google, so records of what you paid sit with them under their own policies rather than with us.

Cancelling Charge Nomad+

Deleting your account does not cancel a Charge Nomad+ subscription. Cancel it separately in the Google Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions, or on iOS under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
